Babylon the Great

To understand Babylon the Great you have to understand the books of Revelation, Genesis and the unforgiveable sin.

The book of Revelation in symbolic terms relates the culmination of God’s rest day with judgment of the 144000 and all of mankind. The book is organized into 7 parts: 1-Chapter 1, 2-Chapters 2+3, 3-Chapters 4+5, 4-Chapters 6-19, 5–Chapter 20, 6-Chapter 21, 7-Chapter 22.

There are 2 resurrections: 1-144000 during the re-creation (Mt 19:28, Re Chapters 6-19), 2-all of mankind during the millennium. Chapters 6-19 relate to the first resurrection of the 144000 only. Chapter 20 is of mankind under kingdom rule. Chapters 21+22 are about New Jerusalem and the trees of life.

New Jerusalem and the trees of life are critical to the understanding of Babylon the Great. In the book of Genesis God created the garden of Eden, the tree of life and the first couple. You can now see Jehovah has painstakingly re-created what was lost on earth by reading Revelation: Christ, second Adam, 144000 the second woman, New Jerusalem the second garden, and trees of life the second tree of the garden of Eden.

But remember the tree in the garden of Eden had a dual purpose: the knowledge of good and bad or guilt! The evildoers in the garden incurred that guilt and were sentenced to death for the unforgiveable sin. The unforgiveable sin can only be committed during a "TIME OF JUDGMENT". This is why Jesus stated every sin is forgivable but a sin against the spirit. So what is the unforgiveable sin: transgression of a divine command during a time of judgment!! In the day you eat of it you will die!!

Mankind was always supposed to live in a time of judgment until the 7th day was declared GOOD! Once Adam sinned the time of judgment was suspended for all of mankind. Hence the ability for a man to be resurrected. "Sold under sin" is not the same as committing an unforgiveable sin.

The re-creation or last days or the Lord’s Day begins a new "TIME OF JUDGMENT" for God’s people. The second Adam passed his test on earth. Now the test is of his bride, the 144000. Yes, there have been many judgment periods in the bible (flood, Sodom). But they did not relate to God’s rest.

So who will be judged during the last days’ time of judgment. There are 4 groups: faithful slave, evil slave, domestics, and the confirmed drunkards of Matthew 24. Look carefully at the following verses:

(Revelation 17:4-6) And upon her forehead was written a name, a mystery: “Babylon the Great, the mother of the harlots and of the disgusting things of the earth.” And I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of the holy ones and with the blood of the witnesses of Jesus.

Who are the "the harlots and of the disgusting things of the earth”. They are the evil slave and the confirmed drunkards.  And "the holy ones and with the blood of the witnesses of Jesus". They are the faithful slave and the domestics.

These groups are judged for different reasons. The faithful slave by preaching "good news of the kingdom…in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations" The domestics by "And I heard another voice out of heaven say: “Get out of her, my people, if YOU do not want to share with her in her sins, and if YOU do not want to receive part of her plagues."

Now that I have laid the foundation, who is Babylon the Great? It is the spiritual and moral wicked forces against God’s will and work. It can ONLY exist in a time of judgment. So it isn’t false religion or America. Once God’s judgment period begins (Re 12:1, "a great sign seen in heaven, a woman arrayed with the sun"-this woman is the opposite of Babylon the Great just like the tree of life in the garden), all those who are in opposition to the faithful slave and the in-gathering fulfillment commit the unforgiveable sin by fornicating (evil slave) and getting drunk (confirmed drunkards) with Babylon the Great.

In the first scripture below the evil slave commits the unforgiveable sin during a time of judgment by denying the in-gathering of the 144000 and not preaching the good news to the domestics/brothers. In the second scripture the confirmed drunkards masquerade as Christ’s chosen not leaving Babylon.

(2 Peter 3:3, 4) For YOU know this first, that in the last days there will come ridiculers with their ridicule, proceeding according to their own desires and saying: “Where is this promised presence of his? Why, from the day our forefathers fell asleep [in death], all things are continuing exactly as from creation’s beginning.”

(Matthew 13:30) Let both grow together until the harvest; and in the harvest season I will tell the reapers, First collect the weeds and bind them in bundles to burn them up, then go to gathering the wheat into my storehouse.’”

Christ separates the sheep and the goats (faithful slave v evil slave) but the ANGELS harvest the weeds from the wheat (confirmed drunkards v domestics/Christ’s brothers).

The wild beast (evil slave follows) and its image (confirmed drunkard follows) receive the mark "in their right hand (evil slave) or upon their forehead (confirmed drunkard)."

Rev 13:18 "Here is where wisdom comes in: Let the one that has intelligence calculate the number of the wild beast, for it is a man’s number; and its number is six hundred and sixty-six." This is the total of the Roman numerals for Babylon which fights the fulfillment of God’s word. (DCLXVI=500+100+50+10+5+1) It never wants the 7th day to be judged for all eternity!!

Zealot–the book

This book Zealot is getting a lot of press. But for me it misses the reality of Jesus. If you truly understand the following scriptures then you know why:

(John 1:1-3) In [the] beginning the Word was, and the Word was with God, and the Word was god. This one was in [the] beginning with God. All things came into existence through him, and apart from him not even one thing came into existence.

After the rebellion in the garden of Eden, the inception of chaos had begun on earth and in heaven. The further growth and expansion of creation by God came to a halt permanently! God did not have a means by which to cleanse heaven or earth. This refutes that God knew Adam and the angel would sin. If he had known then he would have created a means to eradiate sin before they sinned. He had not. Since they had sinned now he needed a reality that had never existed: a New Creation. the Word REBORN!!

Consequently, the judgment prophecy given to the evil doers in the garden set in motion the rebirth of the Word. (Genesis 3:14-24) This culminated in Jesus’ death. It explains why Jesus submitted himself to death and why his Father allowed him to. Remember, death is for sinners. Jesus was not a sinner!

His death and rebirth would bring about a new WORD. A Word that would bring about the cleansing of heaven and earth. The growth and expansion of creation would start again during the re-creation. This ends with Jesus’ Second Coming (Mathew 19:28). Jesus could not complete his Father’s work. He did not have the power. By being reborn into a New Creation, the Father now had the means for his work to come to its completion. (John 4:33, 34) ” Jesus said to them: “My food is for me to do the will of him that sent me and to finish his work.

(Revelation 21:1) And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the former heaven and the former earth had passed away, and the sea is no more.

(Revelation 21:5) And the One seated on the throne said: “Look! I am making all things new.”

Can you approach the Face of the Throne?

Some believe that God has abandoned his purpose for the earth. That the blessing in the Garden of Eden will forever go unfulfilled. That the period of Sabbath resting will never see the light of day. This is the furthest thing from the truth. Jehovah is Almighty and so is his word. Here in Isaiah Jehovah speaks of his word in this way:

(Isaiah 55:8-11) “For the thoughts of YOU people are not my thoughts, nor are my ways YOUR ways,” is the utterance of Jehovah. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than YOUR ways, and my thoughts than YOUR thoughts. For just as the pouring rain descends, and the snow, from the heavens and does not return to that place, unless it actually saturates the earth and makes it produce and sprout, and seed is actually given to the sower and bread to the eater, so my word that goes forth from my mouth will prove to be. It will not return to me without results, but it will certainly do that in which I have delighted, and it will have certain success in that for which I have sent it.

What he speaks it will come true. Only true believers will live to see the fulfillment of his word. Only humble ones will approach the Face of the Throne of undeserved kindness. You can have confidence in this truth.

The Old Law Covenant

The covenant Jehovah made with the nation of Israel in the wilderness after their deliverance from the Pharaoh of Egypt is just that. It was a covenant made with the nation of Israel and only that nation. It was never intended to be expanded to the whole association of mankind. It was a shadow of the true covenant to come in the form of the Christ. Those of that nation were born into the covenant. So all the requirements of that law covenant ONLY applied (when it was in effect) to naturally born Israelis. Unfortunately, the nation never really kept their side of the covenant relationship. Thus in 70 C.E., God destroy the nation and their system of worship. All genealogy records were destroyed so no one conclusively knows who all the Israelites are.  But it really doesn’t matter. Because the covenant came to an end back in 70 C.E.

The new covenant of the Christ is by CHOICE not by birth. If one wants to be repentive of his sins he can. He can voluntarily follow the spirit of the Christ. The old covenant was based on do’s and don’ts. The new one on the condition of one’s heart. Do you want to seek the perfection and holiness of God through Christ? Then follow God’s word and bear witness to the Christ. If not, do not mock God. To do this is not as easy as some make it out to be!

Thus all the talk of the OLD covenant still being in force to the whole association of mankind is wrong!!

The Unforgiveable Sin

(Matthew 12:31, 32) “On this account I say to YOU, Every sort of sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the spirit will not be forgiven. For example, whoever speaks a word against the Son of man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the holy spirit, it will not be forgiven him, no, not in this system of things nor in that to come.
M…any have wondered, “what is this unforgiveable sin?” We only have to look to the bible for an answer.

God states at:

(Genesis 2:16, 17) And Jehovah God also laid this command upon the man: “From every tree of the garden you may eat to satisfaction. But as for the tree of the knowledge of good and bad you must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will positively die.
Adam was warned not to eat of the fruit of the tree. If he chose to he would have to suffer the consequences of his actions: DEATH.

We read another example at:

(2 Peter 2:5-7) and he did not hold back from punishing an ancient world, but kept Noah, a preacher of righteousness, safe with seven others when he brought a deluge upon a world of ungodly people; and by reducing the cities Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes he condemned them, setting a pattern for ungodly persons of things to come; and he delivered righteous Lot
Once again, we see a warning given to the people of Noah’s day and of Lot’s. Noah and Lot warned the people of the impending judgment against them. They ignored it!! God always makes a way out no matter how sinful you were. You just have to take advantage of his mercy. If you ignore the warning, you will suffer the consequences.

Finally, we read at:
(Revelation 18:4) And I heard another voice out of heaven say: “Get out of her, my people, if YOU do not want to share with her in her sins, and if YOU do not want to receive part of her plagues.

This is the final warning before Armageddon. I’m sure you get the principle now.
The unforgiveable sin is ignoring a divine warning from God!!

Counting the 4 living creatures and the 24 elders

Many wonder who are the 4 living creatures and the 24 elders of revelation. Here are the bible verses where they are introduced.

(Revelation 4:4-6) And round about the throne [there are] twenty-four thrones, and upon these thrones [I saw] seated twenty-four elders dressed in white outer garments, and upon their heads golden crowns. And out of the throne there are proceeding lightnings and voices and thunders; and [there are] seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, and these mean the seven spirits of God. And before the throne there is, as it were, a glassy sea like crystal. And in the midst of the throne and around the throne [there are] four living creatures that are full of eyes in front and behind.”

So who are these creatures? The book of revelation consists of 7 each of seals, trumpets, thunders, and bowls. 7×4=28. This is the same total for the 4 living creatures and 24 elders. So each of the 28 are angels or groups of angels (in reference to the first 4 seals) who present the final judgments of Jehovah God during the last days or re-creation.

The Future Judgment Paradox

Most in Christendom believe Christ’s second coming to be a global cataclysmic event. This is hardly the case. The bible clearly and unequivocally states the exact sequence of events of his coming. The signs given by Christ are in harmony with Jehovah God’s words uttered in Eden to the three evil doers. That is where the sacred secret lies in those words.

Christ’s coming is patterned after the original seven creative days. That is why he spoke of the re-creation at Matthew 19:28. A serious bible student’s study should begin with this framework for inquiry.

Jan 20 2013

The Framework of the Holy Scriptures

After years of intense study and blessings from Jehovah, I was able to convincingly and unequivocally know the truth of the bible. I am not a basher or a denouncer of other Christian faiths. I am a dedicated believer in God’s word alone. I let the truths of his word shed light on others thoughts and beliefs.

Up to this time, I have shared my knowledge with few people. The reason being most people do not get the sense of scriptures. They are too involved in themselves to understand the framework of the bible. But by knowing the framework of the bible, the truths of it are revealed.

I thought you readers would be interested in this framework. It is not very complicated. It is based on the original 7 creative days. The original 7 days is the actually framework that the re-creation or renewal mentioned at Mt 19:28 reflects.

The elements of the re-creation are a mirror of the original 7 creative days. The judgment pronounced upon the 3 evil doers in the garden at Ge 3:14-23 is the prophecy and structure of the re-creation.

What is the re-creation? It is the second coming of Christ Jesus in kingdom power. The knowledge of the re-creation embodies all of the scriptures. Once you understand it, you can learn the deep things of the scriptures to attain a greater understanding of them. This is why God says, I am making all things new at Re 21:5.

Here specifically is how to build the framework. I’ll give you a few hints so you can get the sense of it.

If you line up the elements of the following scriptures, if you look intensely, you will see a pattern of 7:

Ge 3:14-23
Ps 23:1-6
Ps 110:1-7
Da 9:24
Ez 8:1-18

Mat 24:1-14
Revelations 7 seals, 7 trumpets, 7 thunders, 7 bowls.

A note on revelation: most think these 7’s are consecutive, they are actually occurring simultaneously identifying specific groups.

Also the 4 living creatures and 24 elders at Re 4:4-6 represent the angels who dispense the re-creative forces during the second coming of Jesus. These forces are the seven spirits of God in front of the throne. 4×7=28 which equals 7 seals, 7 trumpets, 7 thunders, 7 bowls.

If you did everything correctly, you should have realized the end of this system corresponds to the original beginning of the heavens and earth.

I’m not making it easy for you. But I am giving you enough to come to a conclusion on your own. I have built an extensive network of the scriptures. From this I am able to draw conclusions on specific or particular events in bible prophecy. It is foolproof!!

An added bonus: Why is the universe dark? Hint: where light ends in darkness at Job 26:10.
Answer: The watery deep was formed into the universe as we know it.  See Ge 1:2. On the first day, God used this light to cover his glory and his throne. Yes, the face of the Throne has been covered with the light since the first creative day. This is why we can’t see into heaven and see God. Ps 104 and Job 26.Therefore no man may see my face and live. Ex 33:20.

The misapplication of the bible in the LGBT marriage controversy

It is wrong to use the bible as justification to ban same sex unions on the whole population. I will show bible thinking from Adam to Moses to Christ as to why this application distorts truth.

(Hebrews 5:14) But solid food belongs to mature people, to those who through use have their perceptive powers trained to distinguish both right and wrong.

Because of Adam’s sin in the Garden of Eden his offspring were no longer under the law of God but of sin. Adam was in a covenant relationship with his God. By his sin, mankind was orphaned from God and his purpose. Consequently, sin cannot be charged against someone when they are not under a law covenant!! Since mankind as a whole hasn’t entered into a covenant with God, there is no condemnation for their sins. If this wasn’t so, you could never get a resurrection!!

(Romans 5:13, 14) “For until the Law sin was in the world, but sin is not charged against anyone when there is no law. Nevertheless, death ruled as king from Adam down to Moses, even over those who had not sinned after the likeness of the transgression by Adam, who bears a resemblance to him that was to come.”

The bible’s condemnation of same sex relationships was given to the nation of Israel only. It was made so by a covenant instituted through Moses. The people as a nation swore to God to uphold this law. An Israelite was bound for life to the covenant. One could never by choice escape the condemnation for a violation of the law!! This covenant never applied to the whole population. Why not?

(Exodus 24:3, 4) Then Moses came and related to the people all the words of Jehovah and all the judicial decisions, and all the people answered with one voice and said: “All the words that Jehovah has spoken we are willing to do.” Accordingly Moses wrote down all the words of Jehovah.

Some point to the flood as an example of God’s wrath against this sin. But the truth is the flood came because of materialized angels having sexual relationships with women producing a hybrid race. These beings were not in harmony with God’s purpose of a brotherhood of mankind. Consequently, God forced the materialized angels back to the spirit realm through the flood. This is why the bible speaks of the angels in “prison” and “Tartarus”. They have been prevented from materializing ever again.

(Genesis 6:2) then the sons of the [true] God began to notice the daughters of men, that they were good-looking; and they went taking wives for themselves, namely, all whom they chose.
(1 Peter 3:19, 20) In this [state] also he went his way and preached to the spirits in prison, who had once been disobedient when the patience of God was waiting in Noah’s days, while the ark was being constructed, in which a few people, that is, eight souls, were carried safely through the water.

(2 Peter 2:4) Certainly if God did not hold back from punishing the angels that sinned, but, by throwing them into Tartarus, delivered them to pits of dense darkness to be reserved for judgment.

Still some point to Sodom and Gomorrah as another example. The men of these cities were practicing rape. God answered and responded to the cries from the people who were being terrorized by them.

(Genesis 19:4) Before they could lie down, the men of the city, the men of Sodom, surrounded the house, from boy to old man, all the people in one mob.

(Genesis 19:13) For we are bringing this place to ruin, because the outcry against them has grown loud before Jehovah, so that Jehovah sent us to bring the city to ruin.

What does this mean for modern day Christians? As stated earlier, An Israelite was bound for life to the covenant. One could never by choice escape the condemnation for a violation of the law!! But the Christ instituted a new covenant. A covenant based on individual choice not a national choice. Consequently, by self-righteous zealots seeking to impose their wills and not God’s prove false to the teachings of the Christ.

The law of national choice failed in the nation of Israel. It wasn’t that the law was flawed but that the people were sinful. God proved to us it could not and would not work worldwide. Because the bible teaches us how to overcome sin and death through our own individual thoughts and actions. We willfully do this not under any compulsion.

(Romans 10:2-4) For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God; but not according to accurate knowledge; 3 for, because of not knowing the righteousness of God but seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the Law, so that everyone exercising faith may have righteousness.

(Romans 8:3, 4) For, there being an incapability on the part of the Law, while it was weak through the flesh, God, by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and concerning sin, condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us who walk, not in accord with the flesh, but in accord with the spirit.

(Matthew 15:19, 20) For example, out of the heart come wicked reasonings, murders, adulteries, fornications, thieveries, false testimonies, blasphemies. These are the things defiling a man; but to take a meal with unwashed hands does not defile a man.”

The contractual reality of Marriage: Is marriage between a man and a woman?

Most believe God performed the first marriage. What does the bible say about that marriage?

(Genesis 2:20-24) So the man was calling the names of all the domestic animals and of the flying creatures of the heavens and of every wild beastof the field, but for man there was found no helper as a complement of him. Hence Jehovah God had a deep sleep fall upon the man and, while he was sleeping, he took one of his ribs and then closed up the flesh over its place. And Jehovah God proceeded to build the rib that he had taken from the man into a woman and to bring her to the man. Then the man said: “This is at last bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh. This one will be called Woman, Because from man this one was taken.” 24 That is why a man will leave his father and his mother and he must stick to his wife and they must become one flesh.

Doesn’t appear God said much. Adam and his wife became one flesh! God took a rib from Adam and built the rib into the woman. (Seems God performed the first ever surgery!) Adam accepted his rib back by saying “bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh”. But Adam became one flesh with his wife not God. The first marriage was a contract or covenant between Adam (marrying) and the woman (given in marriage) not God!!

(Matthew 24:38) For as they were in those days before the flood, eating and drinking, men marrying and women being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark.

Some believe the following verses constituted the first marriage:

(Genesis 1:22) With that God blessed them, saying: “Be fruitful and become many and fill the waters in the sea basins, and let the flying creatures become many in the earth.”

(Genesis 1:28) Further, God blessed them and God said to them: “Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth and subdue it, and have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and every living creature that is moving upon the earth.”

Is this a marriage contract? Look at the account of Noah after the flood when he exited the ark:

(Genesis 9:1) And God went on to bless Noah and his sons and to say to them: “Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth.

Yeah, God blessed Noah and his SONS not Noah and his wife!! Did God marry Noah and his sons? NO! You get it. Noah and his sons were already MARRIED! So the blessing itself did not constitute a marriage but it did constitute a contract between them and God. Same goes for Adam and the woman.

Materialized angels (Nephilim) had relations with woman and bore children! Were they married? Did they become one flesh with these woman? NO!! They were not born of flesh. So how could they become one flesh? Did they enter into a contract? No.

(Genesis 6:4) The Nephilim proved to be in the earth in those days, and also after that, when the sons of the [true] God continued to have relations with the daughters of men and they bore sons to them, they were the mighty ones who were of old, the men of fame.
Jesus spoke that marrying did not exist in heaven nor did it exist for the resurrected. Why is this so?

(Mark 12:24, 25) Jesus said to them: “Is not this why YOU are mistaken, YOUR not knowing either the Scriptures or the power of God? 25 For when they rise from the dead, neither do men marry nor are women given in marriage, but are as angels in the heavens.

So those angels were forbidden to marry. Why? The angels are in a covenant with God. The resurrected are in a covenant with Christ. The congregation is the bride of the Christ.

(Revelation 19:7) Let us rejoice and be overjoyed, and let us give him the glory, because the marriage of the Lamb has arrived and his wife has prepared herself.

(John 3:29) He that has the bride is the bridegroom. However, the friend of the bridegroom, when he stands and hears him, has a great deal of joy on account of the voice of the bridegroom. Therefore this joy of mine has been made full.

(Revelation 21:9) And there came one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls which were full of the seven last plagues, and he spoke with me and said: “Come here, I will show you the bride, the Lamb’s wife.

(Luke 22:28-30) However, YOU are the ones that have stuck with me in my trials; 29 and I make a covenant with YOU, just as my Father has made a covenant with me, for a kingdom, 30 that YOU may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones to judge the twelve tribes of Israel.

So is marriage between a man and a woman? If yes then the Christ CANNOT marry his congregation. Since his congregation is his bride and it is made up of many men and women!

The Case against “Organized” Christendom

The destruction of Jerusalem in 70 C.E. scattered Christ’s congregation to the four winds of the heavens. Only upon his return will he gather his people to himself. The following scriptures provide explanation to this and the situation of God’s people.

Matthew 24:31 “And he will send forth his angels with a great trumpet sound, and they will gather his chosen ones together from the four winds, from one extremity of the heavens to their other extremity.”

Revelation 7:1 “After this I saw four angels standing upon the four corners of the earth, holding tight the four winds of the earth, that no wind might blow upon the earth or upon the sea or upon any tree.”

John 11:51 “and not for the nation only, but in order that the children of God who are scattered about he might also gather together in one.”

James 1:1 “James, a slave of God and of [the] Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes that are scattered about: Greetings!”

1 Peter 1:1-2 “Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the temporary residents scattered about in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, to the ones chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, with sanctification by the spirit, for the purpose of their being obedient and sprinkled with the blood of Jesus Christ: May undeserved kindness and peace be increased to YOU.”

Even though there were congregations at that time in the first century and today, they did not meet in temples or in formal consecrated buildings. They met in homes or parks not in organized assembly. There wasn’t enough of them for that to be possible. Neither is it so today. Because their hope was in heaven and not in man made structures. The chosen are scattered about but not in organized Christendom!

The following verse says it all:

Matthew 22:14 “For there are many invited, but few chosen.”

Does God have the name Jehovah?

Having known Jehovah’s Witnesses since childhood, you would think I believe YES!! But the bible explains differently.

The bible is full of spiritual and moral laws or principles of the mind and heart. Maturity comes from extracting these laws from the scriptures and understanding their meaning. God’s name is one of these laws. Let us try to understand God’s reality and ours to his. This is for all who want to worship and serve God.

Moses when called by God asked the following of him:

(Exodus 3:13, 14) Nevertheless, Moses said to the [true] God: “Suppose I am now come to the sons of Israel and I do say to them, ‘The God of YOUR forefathers has sent me to YOU,’ and they do say to me, ‘What is his name?’ What shall I say to them?” At this God said to Moses: “I SHALL PROVE TO BE WHAT I SHALL PROVE TO BE.” And he added: “This is what you are to say to the sons of Israel, ‘I SHALL PROVE TO BE has sent me to YOU.’”
God simply and eloquently stated that he should tell them that the “Creator” or “prove to be” or “I AM” had sent him. Space prevents me from a deeper explanation into this. Please accept its simplicity: Jehovah = Creator. It is evident that this is explaining more of a relationship than a name.

For that time, we have God’s relationship to us but what about ours to him. We read:
(James 2:23) and the scripture was fulfilled which says: “Abraham put faith in Jehovah, and it was counted to him as righteousness,” and he came to be called “Jehovah’s friend.”

So Abraham was called the Creator’s friend. But all of this was before the Christian covenant. So before the Christian covenant, God was the Creator and we could be his friend if we loved him. But what about now, what about today. What is God’s relationship to Christians today?

We read:

(Matthew 6:9) Our Father in the heavens.

And what is our relationship to him now if we call him Father?

(Matthew 5:9) Happy are the peaceable, since they will be called sons of God.

Christians want to be children of God and him to be their Father. This is a much more deeper and fulfilling relationship then Creator and Friend!!
